A beautiful vintage Gabbeh rug, handwoven by the nomadic Qashqai tribe of circa 1990s. The design features a geometrical design on a natural wool field with a multicoloured border. Lovely wool quality and great secondary colours.
Size: 1.93m x 1.17m (6ft 4in x 3ft 10in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. The fringes and selvedges are original and secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
