A fabulous antique tribal rug, woven by the nomadic Qashqai tribe circa 1900. This rug features a 3 medallion design on a mid blue field and great secondary colours including greens and pinks. Note the small figures throughout the field (see photos).
Size: 2.54m x 1.41m (8ft 4in x 4ft 8in)
This rug is in good condition with moderate even wear, slightly heavier in places. A few small repairs to border (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
