A stunning antique tribal rug, hand woven by the nomadic Qashqai tribe circa 1910. The design features a small geometrical medallion on a mid indigo field of Botehs. Very finely woven with exceptional quality wool and stunning colours.
Size: 1.86m x 1.27m (6ft 1in x 4ft 2in)
This rug is in very good condition with light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
