A beautiful Pao-Tao rug, handwoven in China circa 1940 with a single medallion design on a navy blue field and secondary colours of ivory, light blue and reds.
Size: 1.64m x 0.96m (5ft 5in x 3ft 2in)
This rug is in original condition with good pile and minimal wear. The fringes and selvedges are original and secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
