A beautiful antique Tabriz rug, woven circa 1900. The design features a large lozenge medallion on a soft blue field surrounded by an ivory border. Finely woven in attractive pastel shades and a very decorative antique rug. Due to the level of wear (see below), this rug isn't really suitable for heavy use - light traffic like a bedroom would be fine (this is reflected in the price).
Size: 1.68m x 1.16m (5ft 6in x 3ft 10in)
This rug has medium, age related wear, heavier in a couple of places (see photos). Small area on the side down to the warps and wefts, reinforced from the back (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

Please note that all photos as well as the short videos are taken outdoors in natural light. The explainer videos are taken in my showroom under spotlights and may appear different (often a yellowish tinge). The photos remain closer to the original colours but this will change slightly in different home lighting. In no way does this affect your right to return the rug. Please remember that I want my clients to be happy with their purchase and would be happy to find the perfect alternative.

To put it simply, I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your rug, please return it to me in it's original condition within 14 days for a full refund.
As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
