Vintage Qashqai Saddlebag Runner 1.87m x 0.50m
A fabulous vintage saddle-bag that has been opened up to be a narrow runner, handwoven by the nomadic Qashqai tribe circa 1960. The middle part of the runner is kilim and would have been the back of the bag. Really nice colours!

This saddle bag is in very good condition with light wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
