A beautiful antique runner, woven in one of the many villages surrounding Hamadan circa 1920. The runner features a geometrical design on a rich terracotta field surrounded by a deep indigo border. Lovely wool quality and some great secondary colours including greens and golds
Size: 4.04m x 0.84m (13ft 3in x 2ft 9in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear, very slightly heavier in one small spot, barely visible (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
