A fabulous antique Sarouk rug, woven circa 1930. The design features a lozenge medallion of interconnected flowers on an open red field. Finely woven with great quality wool and some wonderful secondary colours, including greens, pinks and blues. A very decorative rug.
Size: 1.94m x 1.28m (6ft 4in x 4ft 2in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Very slight 'bite' to one corner (see photos). The fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
