A lovely antique Mazlagan rug, hand woven circa 1900 featuring an allover design of stylised flowers on a deep indigo field and ivory border. Some very interesting design elements and fabulous secondary colours of pinks, greens and golds.
Size: 2.03m x 1.25m (6ft 8in x 4ft 1in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Tiny area of missing wool on edge (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
