A lovely antique tribal rug, woven by the Lors tribe circa 1900. The design features a single floral medallion on a deep indigo field surrounded by an ivory border. Fabulous secondary colours including golds and a particularly unusual green - a great example of tribal weaving.
Size: 2.09m x 1.34m (6ft 10in x 4ft 5in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Fringes have been over bound, selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
