A stunning vintage Qum carpet woven in the third quarter of the 20th Century. This carpet features an all over design of flowers, shrubs and birds on an ivory field surrounded by an attractive pale blue border. Finely woven with soft, lustrous wool and a highly decorative carpet.
Size: 3.86m x 2.86m (12ft 8in x 9ft 5in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear, slightly heavier in a very small area in the corner (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
