A wonderful antique rug, woven in the city of Qum circa 1920. The rug features a stylised tree of life design on an ivory field surrounded by an unusual pretty soft blue border. Finely woven with lovely secondary colours including a great soft apricot and green.
Size: 2.05m x 1.40m (6ft 9in x 4ft 7in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
