A lovely vintage Chanteh bag handwoven in the mid 20th Century by the nomadic Qashqai tribe. This small bag would have been woven to carry possessions on their biannual migrations around the city of Shiraz.

I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair).
