A fabulous antique Karadja rug, woven circa 1900 in a difficult to find small size. The design features 3 geometrical medallions on a deep indigo field surrounded by a terracotta border. Lovely secondary colours including a particularly attractive teal in the medallions and a very decorative small rug.
Size: 1.35m x 1.00m (4ft 5in x 3ft 4in)
This rug has light, age related wear, with a couple of small spots which are very slightly heavier (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
