A fabulous antique Kirman Lavar carpet, woven circa 1910. This carpet features an allover floral design on an ivory field and unusually wide raspberry red border. Finely woven with wonderful secondary colours of pinks, greens and golds.
Size: 3.00m x 2.45m (9ft 10in x 8ft)
This carpet is in good condition with light, age related wear, slightly heavier in a couple of small areas (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
