Please note that all photos are taken outdoors in natural light. I always endeavour that the photos are as close as possible to the original colours but they often change slightly when viewed on different devices/screens. Colours can also vary in different home lighting. In no way does this affect your right to return the rug if it’s not quite right. Please remember that I want my clients to be delighted with their purchase and would be happy to find the perfect alternative.

Returns Policy

To put it simply, I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your rug, please return it to me in it's original condition within 14 days for a full refund.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.

Actually, even if you don’t find anything and you’re just not 100% sure you like it, send it back for a full refund. Or we can find something even more awesome.
