A stunning antique kilim, hand woven circa 1900 in or around Shirvan in what is now south-east Azerbaijan. The kilim has been finely woven in a traditional banded design of hooked medallions with fabulous colours. In near perfect condition with original fringes.
Size: 3.33m x 1.96m (10ft 11in x 6'ft 5in)
This kilim is in good original condition with very light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are original and secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
